Exclusive to Sysco Winnipeg, a CBR’s goal is to help you grow your business and boost your sales. A CBR is also a forum that allows Sysco and its associates to listen and to learn about what is important to you and your business. I would like to Thank Greg and his CBR team of Chef Peter and Kevin for setting up for Huggy's, a self-proclaimed non-believer in the business review process, an absolutely WONDERFUL CBR ! Thank You all. I new it was a success at the end when Debbie (one of the owners) leaned over to me and gave me 'the raspberry' and said to me that she doesn't want to hear me say 'I told you so!'. She was totally impressed and blown away by what she saw. Debbie is a fairly seasoned restaurant owner and there didn't seem to be a lot she didn't already know of in terms of menu design & engineering and marketing techniques. But, there were still several key things that Greg brought up that really impressed her.
Chef Peter, as usual, did awesome job of showing some new menu items, some of which she has already started using. They are brand items to boot!
